North Merseyside

Chris Jones

I was fortunate enough to play for a number of junior teams and to represent my school at football. Through this introduction to competitive football I came to understand at an early age the importance of enjoying football. Which is why all my coaching sessions are based around fun and enjoyment within the learning environment.

Not every young person will develop into the next Wayne Rooney or Steven Gerrard but they can be helped to develop their football skills through structured coaching sessions and small sided games. As a football coach I aim to be a positive role model for the children and use every opportunity to introduce them into a healthy lifestyle aided to regular exercise and a balanced diet.

Children need to stay active and stay healthy where better to do so than at ACTIVE SOCCER!

Testimonials

Active Soccer have worked with St Mary’s Catholic Primary School since January 2009. The coaches are fantastic; engaging children’s interest, inspiring enthusiasm as well as developing children’s football skills. Every child enjoys the football activities and attendence at this club is very high. The children particularly like receiving the certificates at the end of the term. The children have also had the opportunity to attend holiday clubs which are always very popular.

Active Soccer effectively organise the football club so that school administartion time is kept to a minimum. The quality of communication with parents is excellent and the health and safety procedures are very good.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Active Soccer to other Schools.
